Pookie is currently in an early-access, pre-launch phase. These terms are intentionally short because, at this stage, there isn't much to agree to — mostly, we just want to be clear about what joining the waitlist or using the invite feature does and doesn't mean.

Voluntary, free participation

Joining the waitlist or sending an invite through this site is entirely voluntary and free for anyone to use. We don't charge for any part of what's currently available, and no purchase is required to participate. The invite feature is subject to a fair rate limit, applied automatically, to keep it usable for everyone and free of spam.

No guarantee of access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you access to a future product, a specific launch date, or any particular feature. We're still deciding whether, and how, to build the full version of Pookie, and that decision depends heavily on the feedback we collect during this phase.

Things may change

Any features, concepts, or ideas described on this site — including "Vibe Mode" or anything else on the feature roadmap — are subject to change, delay, or removal based on what we learn from user feedback. Nothing on this site should be treated as a final commitment about what the product will look like. The invite feature itself, however, is real and functions as described.

Acceptable use

Use the forms on this site as intended. Don't submit spam, abusive content, someone else's information without their consent, or attempt to overload or misuse the site's forms or infrastructure. We reserve the right to remove submissions or block access that violates this.

"As is," during validation

The site and any related features are provided "as is," with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or availability. This is an early-stage validation project, not a finished product, and things may occasionally break or change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pookie and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, participation in the waitlist, use of the invite feature, or reliance on any information presented here.
